#Dreamjob: Your field of responsibility with a variety of tasks
- Take over the conception, development and management of online marketing campaigns in exchange with management
- Design, analyse and optimize online campaigns and manage the marketing budget
- Supervise and report on Ad campaigns
- Create campaign plans, including targeting and budgeting of all activities based on KPIs
- Edit editorial texts according to defined SEO criteria
- Conduct keyword analysis and trend researches
- Observe and analyse the market according to SEA
- Create reports and management summaries
- Take responsibility for influencer marketing and partner cooperations
- Plan offline promotions and advertising material autonomously
#Personality: Empower our team with the following qualifications
- A completed commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in the fields of economy, communication, marketing or similar
- Proven experience in online marketing, ideally in e-commerce or lead generation
- Knowledge in the areas of SEO, SEA, performance marketing and retargeting
- Knowledge of how to lead traffic in the right direction and how to perform A/B testing and conversion optimisation
- Experience in the use of different tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, OneProSeo or similar
- Sound knowledge of all MS-Office applications and the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Good foreign language skills in English (more languages are not mandatory, but a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and graphic affinity
- The ability to work on tasks as part of a team as well as independently
- A structured and focussed approach to work, with a responsible work attitude
- Creativity in developing new ideas (where the magic happens) and you have what it takes to also look for solutions out of the comfort zone
