Your order with Surface.Love

As soon as you have found the right Surface devices, accessories and licenses in our shop, complete your order by entering your customer data.

Financing request will be sent to our bank

Our team will accept your order as quickly as possible and confirm via e-mail. Afterwards we will forward the financing request to the bank.

Transmission of contract to you

As soon as we receive the confirmation of the financing request from our financing partner, we prepare your contract documents and send them to you via e-mail. Usually you will receive the contract documents within 1-3 working days.

Dispatch of your order

As soon as we receive the contract documents back from you completed and signed, we will ship your order. Based on our experience, your order will arrive at your workplace within 3-5 working days. If there are any changes in availability, you will of course be informed immediately. If your order consists of partial deliveries, we will notify you of the dispatch of each individual package.
